A and B

1 - A falls off of B's roof while fixing B's roof
2 - B walks by A, A's homeless, and asks for money, B walks away
3 - A needs to go somewhere, he doesn't have a car, B lends his car, no brakes, A crashes
4 - B has swine flu, goes to school, and gives it to A

1 - No, it was A's fault from the start because how can B know that his own roof is faulty, or broken, so A should have been more careful, or create a scaffold to walk over the roof.
2 - Yes, this is B's fault and he should feel guilty, because if you see a homeless beggar asking for money, the least you could do is spear the change in your pocket, not walk away and pretend you didn't even see him.
3 - This again is B's fault, and should feel remorse. If your car's brakes are broken, they would make noise for at least 2 weeks before they actually break, so B should have given it a check up or not have given it to A in the first place and that would have avoided his crash.
4 - Again, yes, B should feel guilty. Swine flu catches quickly and his mother, or if hes in uni, he should have gone to the doctor instead of risking all the students at school.
